FAMILY - TELEHEALTH SESSION INSTRUCTIONS
Sessions will be done via Video on either FACE TIME OR DOXY.ME (STAFF WILL CALL YOU OR SEND YOU AN INVITE ON DOXY.ME FOR EACH SESSION
For each Hour of a Session Here is a Suggestion on How to breakdown the time:
Every 60 MINUTES: 10 MIN CHECK IN PLANNING
40 MIN THERAPY with YOU AND YOUR CHILD
10 MIN CHARTING AND CHECK OUT
Dr. Khoury will set up your schedule.
PREPARATION FOR EACH SESSION
COME UP WITH ACTIVITIES TO DO
THINK ABOUT HOW TO KEEP YOUR CHILD FOCUSED ON VIDEO CALL
COME UP WITH REINFORCERS TO USE
1ST – GET READY FOR THE SESSION AT LEAST 15 MINTUES BEFORE:
1. Make a List of what to do during the Session and write it down.
2. Gather materials, toys, etc. and get them ready to use during session
3. Set yourself up and child up with a workspace (If necessary)
4. Show your child the list and tell them, “This is what we are going to do today with _______ (Staff name).
5. Decide what LEVEL of the “4 Levels of PARTICIPATION” you will be able to do during the session. Those are listed on Page 2:
NOTE: We are working on a “PRE-SESSION” VIDEO Message for the kids to watch to get them ready for the session (Made by Staff - available soon)

3RD - DURING SESSION
6. FIRST 10 MINUTES SECTION:
Check in with Staff about: STRESS, BEHAVIOR, HEALTH, SAFETY
7. 40 MINUTE SECTION ENGAGE at One of the “4 Levels of Involvement”
8. LAST 10 MIN

DISCUSS WHAT TO DO NEXT SESSION
4TH BETWEEN SESSIONS
9. PLAN FOR NEXT SESSION
10. CHECK MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR NEXT SESSION
11. PLAN A WEEK AT A TIME IF YOU CAN
12. Continue to work with your child.
SUPERVISION
WILL BE DONE WITH DR. CASH (OR ANOTHER SUPERVISOR) DIRECT OR DURING YOUR CALL WITH THE STAFF. SUPERVISORS WILL CONTACT YOU TO SCHEDULE.

YOU WILL HAVE TO BE OUR HANDS – KEEP THE CHILD FOCUSED ON SESSION, PROMPT THEM, REINFORCE THEM, SUPPORT THE SESSION!
Video sessions will REQUIRE YOUR Participation!
